Recording crt NTSC TV with PAL video Camera

In this video. I show you what happens when you record NTSC CRT TV with a PAL video camera. To avoid pissing off the MPAA the NAB or the RIAA, I recorded Dish Networks Dishnet adertisement from The Hub.

The raw video looked better but MPEG mangled it up and I am sorry that it looks like it does in the raw DV format it looked quite good.

Did you know that you can check your your IR remotes using a CCD camera that does not have an IR cut filter? I show you how you can do that. Yes, it works with some webcams as well.
