Looking for roommate in Winsted Connecticut

Pursuant to how my Section 8 inspection goes, I may be looking for a roomate. To help split the rent and utilities. 

Prospective person needs references and proof of income at their time of interview. I am looking for a non-smoking, non-drinking and Non-drugging female who is not allergic to cats. Vegetarian preffered.
