vlog01082016My cold is getting better, slowly

When I shot this, my throat was raw. A few hours later, it is doing a little better. My Hamstring is not hurint right now but I am still taking it slow.

Sorry that my voice sounds bad. But, that happens with a cold when lots of coughing keeps happening. Hopefully by Monday, things should be much better.
