Those Maca's World files are finally here

I promised to post these YEARS ago and could not figure out HOW. Now, I have a lead on an idea. They are being hosted on my own  home server. They come in several forms. the .nroff files are the original nroff documents that you use nroff/groff to turn into postscript or pdf documents. the .ps are postscript and the .pdf are PDF documents. the path is here:
