bcast01222015IR cut filter reinstallation

The new filter adhesive tape strips came and I was able to reinstall the IR-Cut filter. This time, I makde sure it was fully clean along with the CCD sensor.

I can still see some video artifacts that indicate the problem is how the filter strips out the IR light. The colors look good and the contrast is better but still, the circles on my test chart show interference patterns. At least, I can get a sharp focus now unlike the first time I tried in install the filter. This time, I used the recommended installation steps and tools recommended by SC2000.com
