Tom Lupshu talks about the risks of X class flares from the sun but he is NOT explaining how the fixed income people should prepare. I will be working on a plan that can be done within reason for those who don't have full time jobs or a home that can be put up for refinancing a bunker.

bcast10232014 The dangers of CFLs on your eyes

Did you know that the CFL and Florescent lamp use UV, produced from mercury, to make them work?

Did you  also know that this UV can often be leaking our of a lamp when it is in use?

Seems that the last few bulbs had given me eyes a bit of a sunburn type of effect.

In addition, the use of 6500K bulbs produce so much blue that they can damage your cones in your retina. This damage can also occur under daylight (when you are outside).

In this video, I discuss my eye health and my solution to the lighting issues.

bcast10212014 My eyes are having problems

My eyes are killing me! Ever since that video with Dory under those huge 85 watt CFLS, my eyesight has been screwed up. Even this video which was shot under normal sized CFL bulbs caused my eyes to hurt!

I need to come up with a better lighting solution before I end up permanently blind! Cataracts don't help the matter either!

I tested with a 60w incandescent bulb, after I shot this. and it was less painful.

bcast10152014 Just working on several projects

I am working on several things including fixing the camera exposure as several videos have been a little too dark.

I got the date wrong as sometimes my life wraps around and I get the dates wrong. but... This was shot on Tuesday but I said it was October 15, 2014. Sorry about that.

Today I worked on the old generator and it runs okay. needs some cleaning. Likewise, my adult trike also needs some TLC as it got neglected over the years.


Sorry the camera is a little low, I was in a hurry and didn't position it very well.

I haven't used eye shadow since college! I made a royal mess! and I will be honest. It is hard to do when you are legally blind!

Perhaps, if I practiced more I might be better at it.

However, Normally, I don't wear much makeup.

My white balance is almost always off by a small margin. I spent the night trying to get it spot on.

In fact, one point it was so off that I looked like that blue girl in "Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory!" Thanks to my video test card... I have got it closer to right.

bcast10052014 cleaning up the hanging chads in my life

Like many people, my life is not always as planned as I like. In this video, I talk about how one set of plans may end up being defered for other, more important, things that I need to get done.

I talk about several topics. And here is a quick summary:
1. The Phabolus phablet may end up being put on hold for supplies that I need for example, DLT-IV tape cartridges.
2. Dental plans have been changed. I have an appointment for a dentist that does NOT charge for a consultation. Thus, some of my money can be saved, in the bank. More than likely, in November, I will use that plus any other savings to fix my teeth.
3. I am now in a external relationship with another lady. Lumi and I are still together and she endorses this relationship.
4. Once Upon a time starts at 8pm on ABC. Seems Last weeks episode plays at 7pm Eastern time.
5, Tom Lupshu Talks about "Medical Martial Law - Ebola Becomes Airborne As Flu Strain Virus Mutates" http://youtu.be/dm-UZd8PIMI
He talks about how the U.S Government could use this as a perfect storm to do a Federal Martial Law lockdown. His suggestions about having enough food/supplies for 90 days works out great if you are well off. However, he (Like many survivalists) fails to understand how difficult that would be to do if you are on a fixed income.
    No matter, I use his concerns as a launchpad to talk about how one should carefully watch their behaviours to not spread virii. One rule, WASH YOUR HANDS before/After EATING! Nothing spreads virii faster than putting one hands in their mouth or rubbing their runny noses! Feel sick? PLEASE STAY HOME!

bcast09302014 good vs evil

Lumi and I watched "Once Upon A Time" on ABC on Sunday, rewatched it with Dory on Monday and we all came up with this topic from the show.

Why can't evil have happy endings? Regina was right! Even though, I am a good person. I do have the potential to have been a evil person. Why did I choose to be good instead of evil? Will I, like many others, have a happy ending?

Sorry, this wasn't my best video, my brain was in a funk and I had so many things in my mind that I found it hard to stay focused.

With an expensive dental bill expected, lack of funds is putting a squeeze on our productions. We need more supplies too!
