I have not been in my apartment in almost 3 seasons! I am tired of laying on the floor. I miss my studio, kitchen and yes, even my television! I want to enjoy my apartment again.

I heard Oprah's OWN network. May be closing. I am sorry for the employees but the cable multi-channel distribution paradigm is obsolete as many are leaving cable and satellite TV for Internet providers and Free over the air antennas and free satellite systems.

getting hangout on air working

How did I manage to get Google Hangouts on Air working? Much trial and error. This goes along with the first hangouts on air video as it shows the behind the scenes that it took to make it work correctly.

One point to ponder..... Unless you got a nice high speed connection, your video will often not look that great. This video was
recorded using the Quicktime X record screen tool.  (it come with OS-X Snow Leopard   and later.

I hope you find this video to be of use as Lumi and I muddle our way through the setup. You may find some comic relief in this too. I don't mind if you laugh or chortle like a maniac. We giggled a bit too in rewatching it.

Eye report, Seems right eye does better with my glasses now but without them.... No so much.
+Coppercab's rant about those who make fun of overweight/obese people. I cover his topic with a cooler head and from my own personal viewpoint (Yes, I have weight issues so I can speak from experience.)

Some obease may want to try DNP, DO NOT even consider this obsolete/dangerous product for weight loss! It was pulled from the market in the 1930s for a reason, You can overheat and case significant damage to your body or even death. Only way to do it safely is with a medical doctor monitoring. Since it is now banned for that use by the FDA.... No one wants to lose their medical license. Best to use a safer weight loss regimen

Don't forget our first Google Hangouts on Friday at 8pm Eastern time. I don't know how well it will work but we will give it our best try.

isight camera project

The results of what I was trying to Achieve. Sadly, the new board would not fit into the external case without possibly damaging the new cord. So, I put it into the computer.

I show you what I was attempting to create anyway so you can use the idea for your own work.

I also demonstrate the External Firewire Apple iSight camera, I am partial to that model a it is portable and gives better sound. But the Internal High Speed USB iSight isn't too bad either.
