iMovie 8 and I have have a Love/Hate relationship. I find this software to be a royal pain to use. I prefer iMovie 6 as it is easier for me to use well but I cannot chromakey in iMovie 6 as the CFX plugin crashes and I lost my registartation key for the Chromakey plugin.

Please don't send videos to Facebook as they get encapuslated in flash which I cannot view.

This short video talks about the Autumn and Winter of 2014-2015 weather projections and some other small things.

This
Autumn and Winter, the Western States will see their droughts easing as
they will be receiving much needed rain. The Northeast will be cooler
in Autumn than average. In the Winter, we will see it significantly
cooler with loads of snow.

I am looking forward to this winter.

the Chromakey is messed up. iMovie 8 butchers it every time. That is
one of the reason we need that dedicated Chroma/Luma Keyer as I don't
like iMovie 8 and I do not like how it butchers up my videos.

multimedia studio audio and colortest

With the New color chart, the Shure M-68-MC (Male connectors, the Shure SM-57 and the rebuilt Pyle PD-Mik1 I set up the New/old studio. today. I decided to rename it to "The MultiMedia Studio" since it is where we can do Chroma Key. show overheads and videos on a small/cheap/lousy Lightblast video projector from CVS.

In this video I focused on making sure the colors were compliant with SMPTE standards and checking the audio configuration.

The video processor was switched to Progressive mode which does improve the video quality significanlty.

bcast08102014 I owe you all an appology for the Friday outburst

I am sorry that I blew up Friday Afternoon, on camera, using nasty language and basically showed lack of professionalism.

I should have taken my own advice and took a "Time Out" instead of going on camera so angry.

In this video, I calmly explain what happened and why I was so upset.

I don't want to lose my viewers by sounding like Howard Stern as I feel that it was a bad choice and a lack of professionalism to have done such a horrific video.

I erased that other video as I felt it was an embarrassment

I ask for your forgiveness.

bcast08072014 Taste testing food with Sheri

Sorry this video is not ultra sharp. I used iMovie 8 as I wanted to use the zoom function for allow me to be zoomed in during the taste testing. The raw DV file is a little sharper. but iMovie 8 butchered the finished product.

In the near future. I think I may need to consider going 720p if I want to keep the video ultra sharp during digital zooming.
